Even though I made a really good veggie burger back when I was doing Lekka Burger, I’ve been thinking for the last year or so that Dirt Candy can do better. So my crew and I have been experimenting for a loooong time and we’ve finally come up with something that rocks. It's not a mush-burger, it's not a black bean patty, it's not a puck of chemicals manufactured in a lab, it's a burger that can be made in any size, that holds together under any circumstances, that can be grilled, smashed, chopped, flame-broiled, and does not squish out of the bun when you bite into it. In other words, it's kind of perfect.
We'll be dishing them up along with a ton of other delicious treats at this pop-up on April 9!
Here's the menu:
Cheeseburger $12
